It was my first time to go to India on a business trip. Since I landed at night, I booked a hotel near the airport in order to fly to an overseas city the next day. As a result, when I arrived, I was told that there were no rooms and they said it was under renovation without any notice. Although I arranged a hotel that was not worse than this one, it was already past midnight to go back and forth. I had to get up early the next day to leave for the airport. I had no time to rest. Ctrip's response speed was still very timely, which needs to be praised. I also applied for credit compensation later. This business trip experience was really unimaginable. It happened in a place I thought was a high-end hotel. The attached picture is not this hotel, but the Taj City Hotel. I was taken away from this hotel when I arrived 😡😡😡
